| Two ways of recruiting people from overseas |

The first mode: Employers are invited for interview and selects the candidates personally in the domicile country. In this case we will receive clients from airport, arrange their hotel accommodation, arrange their transportation etc and our well experienced staffs will provide all the technical supports for a speedy and smooth interview.

The second mode is that on behalf of employer our recruitment team will select the candidates. In this case we will guarantee the performance of the candidate and replacement will be done free of cost incase any of our candidate are found professionally or medically unfit

Recruitment Procedure

Execute an agency agreement: To begin with, the employer and the AP Manpower Consultants should execute an agency agreement between them stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from overseas. Issue a demand letter : The employer will formally issue a demand letter in favour of AP Manpower Consultants stating the job categories , number of workers required in each category , monthly salary , duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food , medical , transport , air passage , accommodation etc |

Letter of Authority : The employer will issue a letter of authority (Power of attorney) in favour of AP Manpower Consultants addressed to the concern authority in India , informing that M/s. AP Manpower Consultants is their bonafide Manpower recruiting agent fully authorised to deal with all visa matters , submissions and delivery , with the said Embassy.

Agreement of Employment : This is a standard employment contract between employer and employee on the official letterhead with seal and signed by authorized signatory.

We guarantee you that the candidates who are interviewed and selected through us are professionally and medically fit. |

We guarantee you that replacement of candidates will be done free of cost within the probationary period of three months incase any of the candidates recruited and send through us are found professionally unfit.

Selection
| We always prefer selection of applicant either by oral or practical trade skill test to be conducted by the employer or his authorized representative. We arrange his /their accommodation, transport and all other logistic support required for the purpose. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of worker, we normally do it with the help of a team of experts for technical & professional categories under direct supervision of our professional executives.

Medical Checkup
After final selection we send the workers/ candidates for medical check up by the authorized medical center .
Application for visa For selected candidates, company shall start the visa processing respectively.
Ticketing and Emigration The employer may send **PTA or remit necessary traveling expenses in APMC to facilitate traveling as scheduled, after getting emigration clearance from the concerned Govt. Dept. for the candidates.
Orientation before departure APMC provides basic orientation to workers before traveling abroad. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities while abroad and a first hand information of work environment there & salient features of labor laws of the country of employment

Finders fee of USD 200 per consignment /per Candidate has to be borne by employer . |

All the expense during the interview including stay, food and local transportation are taken care by us . |

General Terms
 |
All the requested documents must be on your official letterhead with seal and signed by authorized signatory for finishing the emigration formalities of the workers . |
 |
Incase of Female categories and labour / unskilled categories we need Indian Embassy attested Employment contracts in order to complete the emigration formality. |

we react. We will respond to all of the calls/ emails
from the employer in resolving all employment-related
disputes with the worker amicably. We also provide long
term free consultancy to the employer and assist in
their manpower needs.
