OUR SERVICE CHARGES ( TERMS AND CONDITIONS )
Our service charges are highly reasonable, which can be settled after mutual discussion. We have been successful in our mission because our prime motto is client's satisfaction.
We charge a one time fee to the employer for every candidate mobilized.
The fee for various categories of manpower will be agreed upon
at the time of entering into an agreement VIEW PDF. No such fee shall become
due until every selected candidate has reached the project site.
We shall send our detailed invoices covering AIR TICKET , EMIGRATION , MEDICAL , AIRPORT TAX , COMMUNICATION COST , COURIER CHARGE , TRADE TEST FEE , MISC. EXPENSES , TRAVELLING EXPENSES TO ATTEND THE INTERVIEW , CONSULAR FEE / EMBASSY FEE to the employer periodically and
these shall be paid within thirty days after the receipt of the same
by the employer.
If during the probationary period (as defined under the labour laws of
the employer's country) any of the deployed candidates is found unsuitable
for the job for the lack of the required skills to perform his work
and the employer wants to terminate his job, we, as the manpower agent,
agree that the recruitment fee of the terminated
employee stands forfeited / reimbursed by/to the employer, If the entire
recruitment process including the final selection of that employee
was managed by us and the employer's representatives were
not present during the interviews, tests and during the final selection process,
we also agree to bear the cost involved in the return air fare of the
terminated employee.
Similarly, if during the probationary period, an employee's job is terminated for
violation of employer's company/country rules, we as the agent agree that our
recruitment fee towards the terminated employee stands forfeited / reimbursed
regardless of whether the final selection of that employee was made by us or by the
employer himself/ or his proxy.
If we fail to comply with the agreed time limits or fail to mobilize agreed number
of personnel, except in circumstances beyond our control and not due to any
negligence on our part, we are liable to pay such penalty as may be imposed
upon by the Employer.
If at any time before the first confirmed scheduled departure of any of the
employees, the Employer notifies us to cancel in full or part his requirements
for manpower, we shall comply with such cancellation order at no expense
whatsoever to the Employer.
